Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded and how to contact us if your have any concerns.

WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED:
As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers: Name - Shipping/Billing address - Email address - Phone number - Credit/Debit Card information. The information we collect is used to fill your order, to contact your if there is a problem or we have questions, to send an email confirmation and to send emails with special offers.

We do not store your credit card information. Your credit card information is sent directly from you to our credit card processor. They do not share that information with us, except for the last 4 digits of your credit card number.

Automatic information:
When someone visits the Woolly Notions site, we collect certain information from the visitor. Your Internet Protocol (IP) address is collected along with the date/time, cookie number, and your navigation through our site. As with all other information about you, Woolly Notions does not share this information with anybody outside it's business operating procedures. This information is used only for Woolly Notions' business practices, including protecting its other customers and itself from fraud.

RETURN POLICY:
Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 60 days of purchase. When exchanging yarn the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Books, needles, accessories and sale items may not be exchanged or returned.
